Coaches Code of Conduct/Responsibilities Form
All Stars ABC requires all of our coaches to complete both the Coaching Youth Sports AND sport specific section to be eligible to coach. These clinics address what is expected of someone coaching young athletes including proper coaching techniques, drills, safety concerns, allegation prevention, and provide an opportunity to have any questions answered.
Coach Training
All coaches must complete a Level 2 background check and be vetted by VECHS - the Volunteer & Employee Criminal History System at the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE). The VECHS program was implemented in 1999 and is authorized by the National Child Protection Act (NCPA) (1993), as amended, and Florida Statute 943.0542 (1999).
If you are a current school employee or law enforcement you are excluded from background check and must fill out this form.
